We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. We have 15 days return policy. If 15 days have gone by since your receipt of the purchased item, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all the labels and tags intact.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and we will issue a STORE CREDIT, within 5 – 7 working days.
If the order is confirmed by us and we are unable to ship the product, then we will issue the refund to the customer which might take 5-7 working days to get transferred.

Items Not Eligible for Return/Refund
- Sale, Clearance, discontinued and holiday/seasonal merchandise (i.e, product no longer available in the store).
- Any item that is not in sellable condition.
- Personalized products cannot be returned
- Damages due to misuse of product;
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product;
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed;
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers;
- Any damage / defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty;
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered;
- Die-cutting machines, inks, consumables which can be partly used.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit . If you need to exchange it, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: DIVINE COMPUTES PVT LTD, CP-8 ,NH-5, Railway Road, Faridabad, Haryana-121001, India.
1. Exchanges are allowed only if your address is serviceable for an exchange by our Logistics team.
2. In case you have purchased an item which has a free gift/offer associated with it and you wish to return the main item, then you will have to return the free product as well.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
In case of a replacement, our logistics partners will attempt delivery of the items thrice. In case the delivery is not executed during all the three attempts, due to recipient not available / premises locked, etc., the customer will be charged for re-attempt of the delivery. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return / replacement without our confirmation.
Upon confirmation email only you need to send the items back to us.

If you are returning an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. TeachingAids does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any returned packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
